ACTIVITY OPTIONS AND ITINERIES

You may of course stay with us and just do what you feel like when you wake up, however for many people the many attractions of the area just have to be seen and enjoyed.  The item by item price list is at the bottom of this page (or ask us to email this page to you), but we have also provided you with a clear weekly schedule of which extra activities are available on which days, and two sample itineries with adult and child pricing.  Choose one of these two options or request your own mix.  The activities that we offer through the guest house are on a first come first served basis.

TUESDAY - Children's Outdoor Activity Day in which adults may participate or have some time on their own (if the children are 8 or over).  This includes bbq fire building, open fire safety and management, shelter building, survival skills, dam building in the river, wildlife spotting during a short walk RIVERSIDE BBQ lunch (for all ages!) - Prices include food and soft drinks/beer/wine.
WEDNESDAY - Half-day Jeep Adventure
THURSDAY - Guided Walk
FRIDAY - A rest/choose an additional activity.

MENU B - Adults £70 (+ £8 BBQ)*, Children (14 and under) £35* (+ £4 BBQ).

* We have tried to provide all-inclusive prices, however, to walk at the top of the Gondola Station at Borovets, and go to the Mussala Peak (the highest point in Bulgaria) there is a £5 per person supplement (transport and Gondola charge).  Many walks can be begun in Govedartsi, but if you need transport to the start of your chosen walk we will have to levy a small additional charge (Self-catering guests will have to pay their transport charges from their accommodation to Govedartsi or to other rendezvous point, but we can organise/provide all these requirements).  Plovdiv/Rila Excursions have a minimum total passenger charge of £60.  Half day jeep tours have a minimum total passenger charge of £45, or reduced time out.

 

ACTIVITY PRICE LIST, BY ITEM

We can organise many other activities on request, such as horse riding, fishing, rafting and trips to the Iskar Lake.  Child prices are applicable for ages 14 and under.

GUIDED WALKS - whole day (route sheets also available): Adults £5, Children £2.50.  Please ensure that you all have suitable footwear, and let us know your preferred level of difficulty/exertion and be realistic about the performance of any children accompanying you.  Mussala supplement - Gondola/transport £5 per person.  Other, small transport supplements may be applicable but many walks start in Govedartsi where the guest house is situated.

PACKED LUNCHES - £3 per person

BICYCLE HIRE - £1.50 per hour £6 all day.

CHILDREN'S OUTDOOR ACTIVITY DAY (BACKWOODS SKILLS!) - adults may participate or if the children are 8 or over, have some time on their own.  Activities may include BBQ fire building, open fire safety and management, shelter building, survival skills, dam building in the river, wildlife spotting during a short walk. £15 PER CHILD

RIVERSIDE BBQ lunch - Prices include food and soft drinks/beer/wine.  Adults £8, Children £4.

JEEP ADVENTURES -

2-2.5 hours out £45 min charge (based on 2 adults @ £15 and 2 kids @ £7.50 OR 3 adults)
4-5 hours out (whole day - lunch break time to add on top) £66 min charge (based on 2 adults @ £22.00 and 2 kids @ £11 OR 3 adults)  You can have a go behind the wheel!
