Please e:mail us using the contacts page, or telephone or text for availability and for any further enquiries that you may have.  We will e:mail or fax you a booking form, if you wish to make a booking you must return your booking form to us and pay a booking deposit in one of two ways:

Bank transfer (in person at your bank or via on-line banking)
Cheque

The booking deposit is 50% of your accommodation costs, the remaining 50% and the charges for any other services you have booked (airport transfers, ski hire, etc.) must be received by us a minimum of 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.  If you make a late booking (within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday) then the full payment is immediately due.

FOR EARLY BOOKINGS (IN EXCESS OF 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE), JUST PAY 10% TO CONFIRM, THEN 40% 6 MONTHS BEFORE HOLIDAY START DATE, THE BALANCE AS ABOVE.

We will send you a balance payment reminder approximately 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
